>>6379836 So long-story-short a Chinese company is selling the Long Beach Container Terminal business to an Australian company.

In the back of my mind I remember digging about Macquarie (Australian Company) buying a spoopy airline - one that was mebbe associated with three letter agencies' fuggery/Antarctica/Unscheduled passenger flights(?) They purchased Waypoint Helicopters in Dec. 2018 but IIRC there was an Arizona aircraft repair/hanger facility involved. (It could have also been an Arizona hanger associated w/Waypoint but I didn't save the research.) Looked in the USAspending.gov database and the Macquarie airline group has rec'd contract awards of over $25 million (all FYs). Anyone else remember?

They are also large investors/owners of other 'infrastructure' projects throughout the US. Including a solar project located at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. Really don't like the idea that foreign companies have their fingers in our infrastructure pie and now container terminals, too.
