I think what Q meant by "N doesn't stand for New" is that it is just nothing new, WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN LIVING IT. He mentioned the Nazi ideology but maybe that points to the leftist desire for collectivism and conformity versus the US founding principles of individualism and freedom.
