Two Indiana judges were shot in a White Castle parking lot downtown early this morning.
The shooting happened around 3:20 a.m. at the 55 West South Street location.
Witnesses say they heard an argument prior to hearing gunshots.
One of the men is critically injured, and the other man is awake and talking.
Investigators haven’t found a gun, and they’re trying to figure out if the two men shot each other or if someone else shot them.
Both of the gunshot victims are judges in Clark County, Indiana. They are in town for Spring Judicial College which starts this morning.
IMPD says the two men were involved in a disturbance at a nearby bar that followed into the parking lot. The disturbance continued at which time both judges were shot. Detectives do not have information to believe this incident was related to their judicial duties.
