Barr testified that he instructed Mueller on several occasions to write the report in such a way that all information requiring redactions be identified for quick release of the full report.
Barr was no interested in summaries being released.
Barr did not want trances of info release that would allow the media to conflate incomplete information out of context that would create misleading narratives.
Mueller did not comply with Barr's directive about redactions.
Mueller clearly wanted publication of the report delayed by the lack of redactions so that tranches of his executive summaries could be released.
Barr would have none of that. Only a one time release of the entire report was what Barr wanted.
Mueller played a game with the AG about redactions. Mueller lost.
