Wouldn't adoption fall under the "women's reproductive rights" umbrella?
That would mean it is at the sole discretion of the woman, correct?
The destination of the child should remain with the woman, correct?
So why not take thr decision away from the adoption agencies, thus eliminating the discrimination argument.
It can't be discrimination on the mothers end because it's her right to choose the type of home the child is raised in.
Any argument to the contrary is an argument against women's rights.
