Probably the Mayo Clinic or one of their affiliates…they tried to get guardianship 3 times for an 18 year old behind her back and her family's. The family had to plot an escape. The mayo has stated before to basically treat others with regular insurance, than those on medicare or medicaid….they don't get reimbursed enough money on them…and just look who is on the on the Mayo Clinic’s emeritus trustees including:

Mayo Clinic has numerous facilities in Jacksonville and many of their services are related to organ transplants, bone marrow transplants, blood work, stem cell treatments and ‘regenerative medicine’.
