Unhealthy pregnancies that threaten the mothers lives are already classified not as pregnancy but as abnormal conception, and are not abortions, because the fetal tissue does not form in the womb. Abortion is promoted for evil.
There is no reason a woman who is not wanting to conceive would NOT be on birth control or use the day after pill. Accidental pregnancy is a fiction used to justify murdering unborn humans.
