My takeaway from that clip was the hero practicing discernment.

>Careful who you follow.

When he saw that the sensei had chosen a bully as a leader, he knew that this was not a sensei to follow.

Also, it got me thinking about systems and how those in leadership positions have a big impact on everyone in the system. They have more influence, so their values, their habits, their attitudes and their world view spreads.

The video shows our young hero rejecting an organization that has failed to discern good character from bad, and that has rewarded the wrong people.

I think it's time for us all to do exactly that.

Thanks fren.

Following on from this, I think this may signify a shift in phase. We've been playing defense a long time. We've been lurking in the back watching the bullies get all the Glory.

In the movie, the karate kid is just one kid. His only option is to leave. But we're a global army. We have plenty more options than this.

I think this is a signal from Q to put our disCERNment into action. To no longer accept institutions that reward those who abuse power. To stop watching, and take action - Whether that's withdrawing our participation in compromised organizations, creating our own healthier systems that reward good character, or by reclaiming and cleansing corrupt institutions.

The Game is definitely shifting gear to a new phase. I think it's time to go on the offensive and reclaim as much territory as possible for The Good.
