"A West Virginia University student has been arrested and charged with making terroristic threats after a concerned citizen notified police that the student spoke of carrying out a "shooting spree" and then killing himself, according to WVU officials.

University police arrested Cheickna Kagnassy, a 21-year-old freshman pre-business major from Columbia, Maryland, at his residence in Vandalia Hall on Wednesday evening."
