Amen to that, learned that from my Dad as a lad. I cook them like spinach, I like a little butter, vinegar, dash of salt and pepper. My neighbors think I'm weeding the yard, nope, gathering lunch.
Raw is good too, really the best way to get all the good from them. I like to grill a burger, slice of mild cheese, bacon, mushrooms and spinach leaf's. Now I'm hungry kek!
Was fishing with a buddy one day, skeeters were thick, found a small bottle of Old Spice I keep in the glove box so we slathered our self's with it and it helped. Later we stopped in a bait shop and the old guy asked, "Are you two dating each other?" Kek
