We have been using the tweet Deltas for a while to dig further and this is the first actual 00:00:00 that I can recall. In that regard it is notable. Not sure if an Anon can test the :00 SS first time (I know there has been :01 SS)

It isn't the same as a Q POTUS DELTA that some Anons are anticipating (as the final proof before everything disappears). Hope you archived offline.

Shouldn't be a divisive issue though. Notables are not endorsements. If it is a first then it should be noted. Glad more eyes on the significance of time stamps. Q posted about under a minute "not being good enough" for Anons. Also posted seconds matter. Got some almonds tingling.

There have been comms in POTUS tweet deltas as well though. That is why I think they are significant. (You are right that they aren't the same thing).

I believe both matter. Baker should be clear if making notable that this is a POTUS POTUS delta.
