To summarize, this dude was employing over 200 illegal immigrants and supposedly "pocketing the money" he'd owe the government for…payroll taxes, I suppose?

So my question is - how can a company with an F rating make a profit such that this guy can afford all that property, simply by employing illegals?

My suspicion is this: he was actually the member of a human trafficking railroad of sorts, and pocketed a ton of cash from "fees" he'd charge as he'd allow these illegals to squat on his properties so they'd have valid employment records to show they're the "good" types of illegals and thus allow their asylum hearings to go well.

I have all sorts of other suspicions, too, related to child sex trafficking as well, but you can draw your own conclusions.
