Been dealing with "it" since childhood. Over and over and over. My whole point was for people who say "it isn't permanent. It will get better" to see that, sometimes, for some people, it doesn't. Sometimes it is better to just be a friend and acknowledge the difficulty of their lives and their suffering and go on.
