Sadly, I don't think there's much POTUS can do without help from the other 2 branches.
Those platforms aren't considered public utilities at this point in time.
A lawsuit challenging it or legislation designating it as such is what's needed.
Until then, the best bet is boycott.
And maybe POTUS cutting off any Fed $ they get.
