Did they convert a coastal highway into their own property?
Seems like if a highway is 'taken away' there has to be a story about it, how the land is used. And who got the profits from the transaction?
Also there is a wildlife BLM area near seal beach. Those kinds of areas are used to siphon 'mitigation' dollars into the pockets of litigious 'activists' and politically connected hacks.
