Kelly joining the board of the LARGEST shelter that houses unaccompanied migrant children?

What do you want to bet that once these children cross the border and go into custody of the Department of Human Resources/Child Protective Services, that there's an apparatus where these children are trafficked out of these shelters, right under our noses!

Is Kelly joining the board so he can keep his finger on the pulse of what's happening to these children once they come into our country?
