One very curious person that was on that plane crash tonight was Cheryl Bormann. This is her History according to Wikipedia:

Cheryl Bormann is an attorney from Chicago. Bormann specializes in the defense of serious criminal charges including murder where the government is seeking the death penalty.

She is best known for defending Waleed bin Attash before the Guantanamo military commission which began in 2012.

Bormann studied law at Loyola University Chicago.[2] From 2008 through 2011 she headed the Capital Trial Assistance Unit at the Illinois State Appellate Defender, the state agency responsible for providing legal assistance to defendants in death penalty cases in Illinois. The abolition of the death penalty in Illinois in 2011 rendered Bormann's position redundant.[3]

During the May 2012 arraignment of the alleged September 11 mastermind, she wore a hijab and asked that other women present at the proceedings also dress modestly.

I didnt see an official passenger list. Like another anon has mentioned she was interviewed by CNN, which in itself is kind of hinky for them to be there so fast for that.

I also read it here from Gitmo Watch on Twat:
