Was Snowden ever in Russia to begin with? Did he ever leave the U.S?
I think the best way to challenge the 'debunkers' is to simply ask them basic questions about the facts they believe they know and to ask them to be able to independently verify.
Expose the argument from authority they are using or relying on and see how they react. While, ultimately, you can't require every single piece of evidence to be video recorded or something of the like - it is the standard against which every claim and it's evidence base should be evaluated.
The goal isn't to convince everyone today. The goal is to convince more people to begin questioning and looking behind the curtains, under the cushions, etc - to become their own investigators and report to their friends and cohorts what they find… Such that it eventually finds its way into the collaborative Intel effort.
Some secretary, who has been quiet for decades, puts some pictures or documents on blast (preferably legally) and blows the whole works up.
Which is why an IBOR could be extremely important. As of now, if I just put files on blast from work or something, I am in a civil case for a long time. Whistleblower laws do not extend to social media as I understand.
That could be important - to recognize social media as a valid outlet for documents or other media incriminating of criminal wrongdoing, and a process for people to follow.
