I am unclear about what ES and SI mean. here are some possiblities, but would appreciate Autists help on that:

ES= Enemy Status – Elevated Security – Enhanced Status ???

SI = Special Intelligence – Statutory Instrument – Search Incident (known as an acronym of the criminal justice system)

I realize that another anon posted a list earlier, and I agree with most of it. If you notice, I think 4 names of mine are different. Because they were either more likely to be cooperating, or more likely to be criminals due to previous ties. But either list could be partially right.

in two cases I listed an either or because I didn't think it was clear.
