I have recently finally understood some major aspects of "The Plan", and thought I might offer a few words on it.

First, realize that Trump is not just here to throw a few rascals in jail, he is here to RESTORE THE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC AND MAKE SURE IT STAYS RESTORED FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. He is playing a very long game here.

And since the republic has been unconstitutionally corrupted for all of your life, you may not be aware of how it was actually meant to work. Allow me to explain:

The three branches of the US government are meant to never infringe on the powers of each other. But the administrative "deep state" has used and abused the Legislative and the Judicial branches to reign in the Executive branch and usurping its power, thereby taking control over the nation.

Trump's promise to "give power back to the people" is really a promise to restore the power of the executive branch. Not just for as long as he holds this power himself, but for all future presidents.

This is because the executive branch represents AND ANSWERS TO the people.

The KEY to "The Plan" is what is today called a judicial "theory" called "unitary executive theory". This so-called "theory" holds that the constitution vests power in the PRESIDENT, and that these powers are vested in him alone. He may delegate particular work to others, but all of the power and responsibility of the executive branch is his and his alone.

(You may recall that Q says he and his team are "serving at the pleasure of the president". This is a statement laden with deep meaning!)

The "unitary executive" is of course not a theory at all, but exactly what the constitution DEMANDS. It is as such not negotiable, and the "unitary executive" is what Trump is carefully restoring.

Among the powers vested in the president is the power to fire and hire who he pleases in the entire executive branch, and he is also the SOLE person responsible for the entire foreign policy of the USA. He can start wars if he so pleases, and all congress can do to stop it is IMPEACH him if they can get a super majority for it, whereas the people can VOTE HIM OUT if they are not happy with his performance.

Those are the ONLY constitutional checks on the president's use of his executive power. The POTUS can not only hire and fire people at the Fed, he can abolish it entirely if he so pleases, because the federal reserve operates under the executive branch. And the entire decision-making rests with ONE man: the president of the USA.

In short, the powers of the POTUS are formidable, and Trump is about to restore them. One of his main assets in this work is Barr, who has been a consistent defender of the unitary executive for a very long time.

Here's an example. This is Barr back in 1989, clarifying that the power of the president is NOT subject to anything other than the demands of the constitution, in particular not to the laws of other nations or to that vaguely defined globalist spider web called "international law".

As Barr explains, the president has the power to order arrests internationally, and is not in violation of the constitution in doing so even if he thereby tramples all over the laws of foreign nations.

Think that power might come in handy soon?

That's just the surface of it. Under the surface, Barr is a firm constitutionalist, and a firm adherent to the "unitary executive" doctrine. Throwing some crooks in jail is just a short-term alleviation of the symptoms of the disease that is afflicting the nation, whereas restoring the intended operation of the republic is a long-term cure.

The people doing this swamp draining are very smart, and very methodical. I'm in awe, especially since all points to The Plan having been worked on for many decades.

But don't worry, there WILL be crooks thrown in jail too! There's something for everyone to enjoy in this movie! ;-)

>does this Presidential authority allow for a POTUS to have foreign leaders/monarchy arrested?

According to the US constitution, yes!

Of course, whether this is wise and worth the obvious cost in international relations is another matter entirely…

But the point is, POTUS can do it if he decides to. And he can't be thrown in jail for it, only impeached or voted out of office.

As a P.S to this post…

I heard rumored that income from tariffs end up in a fund controlled by the executive branch, which would mean Trump likely embarked on a full-blown trade war just to walk around congress and get a few billions they can't keep from him to finance his swamp cleaning with.

That's just a theory though.
