Why would you want to? If you have something of extreme value the best thing to do is not to hide it at all. Trying to protect the extremely valuable is easiest if others don't know its valuable at all. If you want to hide something evil/dangerous such as the cabal's attempt to use population control it seems to me that you'd use massive deception (as has been done).
The news story I looked at indicated "flu" and "UTI" (according to something she tweeted) and a "severe allergic reaction" to antibiotics.
