If you are referring to low level arabs, they are victims of their circumstances, and those circumstances are changing rapidly.

Iran has no choice but to do what POTUS tells them.

The Obama administration used the NSA to undermine Iran's infrastructure. We can turn off their sewer system with one command, we can turn their missile turrets against themselves.

In combination with our influence over Israel and SA, this gives the US unbelievable control over what you call the middle east, but more specifically it is the ancient battle ground between Arabs and Persians over the region you can call Iraq, or as you learned in school, the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.

Gonna cut to the chase and say capitalism and democracy will slowly creep into the middle east, and the grip of religion will be weakened in exchange for improvement of technology, which will result in better infrastructure, stronger military, more leverage on world stage for the Saudi family, if less control over all.

Create protected identity for criminals by leveraging people's need to virtue signal. If many people virtue signal by saying don't prosecute these criminals, you can now get away with not prosecuting criminals by dressing it up as the will of the people.

Criminals now take on this identity, and then you modify this criminal identity by saying that it votes for a particular political party.

This is soft election rigging 101.
