Not quite elimination, but the public schools need a complete overhaul. Students today are disrespectful, they are generally lazy, they are behind a few years from where they should be, and the place is a breeding ground for socialism.

We must take back the public schools. Period.

No more "no child left behind."

No more free passes for stupid / disruptive students.

No more "dumbing down" of the curriculum.

Go back to how classes were taught in the 1970s, 80s and 90s. Pens and paper, taking notes, writing out homework assignments, and no grading curves.

Today's students are our most precious natural resource. They MUST be held to higher standards for the sake of America's future!

Absolutely.

You'd think that would be a requirement for middle and high school. Instead of using "theoretical" knowledge from college, the "real world" teachers could bring actual knowledge from the work force into the classrooms. That alone can make a world of difference when it comes to educating students and helping prepare them for the real world.

But it's going to take more than that.

Schools also needs administrators who can run the schools firmly and fairly. So many of them are liars and corrupt as hell. It's a cushion job with great pay, and they'll stomp on any good worker who threatens to take away that spot.
