I am one of those Anons that can't take NSAIDS. While working 14 hour shifts I would take an ibuprofen for arthritis, DJD, spinal stenosis. Every 4 to 6 hours, this put me in the hospital with extremely high blood pressure. They did all kinds of test and couldn't find what caused my blood pressure to be so high. I did my own tests, It was Ibuprofen.
This article from 2003 caution the use of Nsaids.
