Shocking video of children in Philadelphia Muslim Society: 'We will chop off their heads' for Allah

Disturbing footage of Muslim kids saying they would sacrifice themselves and kill for the "army of Allah" surfaced from an Islamic center in Philadelphia.

The Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center in Philadelphia posted the video to its Facebook page celebrating "Ummah Day" in which young children wearing Palestinian scarves sang and read poetry about killing for Allah and the mosque in Jerusalem.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), a watchdog group, alerted Fox News to the video.

"These are not isolated incidents; they are happening in major centers of the country – including in Pennsylvania," MEMRI said in a statement.

In the video, translated by MEMRI, kids can be heard singing: "The land of the Prophet Muhammad's Night Journey is calling us. Our Palestine must return to us."

TRUMP PROPOSAL AIMS TO MAKE IT EASIER TO DEPORT IMMIGRANTS USING PUBLIC BENEFITS

The White House is considering a proposal to make it easier to deport low-income immigrants who are dependent on public benefits.

The Department of Justice has written a draft regulation that, if implemented, would greatly expand the number of immigrants in the U.S. who could be subject to deportation for using public benefits, Reuters reported Friday. The new proposal is part of the Trump administration’s larger effort to limit immigration from low-income foreign nationals.

Such benefits include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly referred to as “food stamps;” Supplemental Security Income (SSI) doled out to the elderly and disabled people; Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); Section 8 housing vouchers and various Medicaid benefits.

If the draft regulation is put into effect, it would be a sharp reversal from longstanding policy.

Permanent legal residents — also known as green card holders — who are dependent on the government for assistance and determined to be a “public charge” are already subject to deportation. However, in reality, few are ever actually deported. A 1948 ruling has essentially restricted such deportations to only those immigrants who the government has demanded to pay for public services but have failed to do so.

U.S. laws technically allow for the removal of legal residents who are deemed “public charges” within the first five years of their admission if their reason for seeking benefits predated their entry into the U.S., the news organization noted, for example, if an immigrant did not disclose a health issue that requires government assistance. However, because of the decades-old ruling, deportation for this reason almost never happens.

The proposal suggests the Trump administration would override this precedent and allow for the removal of immigrants who have taken advantage of public benefits within the first five years of their admission.

Top liberal donors targeting swing states in push to defeat Trump: report

A top group of liberal donors has reportedly said that it is prepared to invest $100 million in swing states in an attempt to defeat President Trump in 2020.

Democracy Alliance said it wants to put the funds toward fighting disinformation on social media and training candidates, among other causes, Politico reported Sunday, citing the a three-year spending plan.

“We have to be working at the state level and we have to be funding organizations in the grassroots,” Democracy Alliance President Gara LaMarche told the news outlet.

The group will reportedly fund "programs that listen to voters’ concerns and amplify the policy records — and harm — that the Trump administration and conservatives have caused in Americans’ lives.”

It plans to spend $5 million on digital in 2019 in addition to the $100 million at the state level, Politico noted.

“We view our job, generally, as helping to build the infrastructure that is in place for an eventual nominee,” LaMarche said. “But we’re not doing our job well if we don’t have our eye on the long term.”

The group in the past has focused on funding organizations including the Center for American Progress think tank and left-wing media watchdog Media Matters, but will shift its focus away from them in the future, according to Politico.

Democracy Alliance could not be reached for comment by The Hill Sunday as the email function on its website was not working.
