Because citizens (i.e., subjects), have been brainwashed and registered their property, giving interest and control, to the corporations pretending to be state government by The People as well as registering their children, who grow up to take a drivers license agreeing they are operating in commerce.
Be a man before the law and change the game. Ditch the license and get a passport as an American National and they will put a do not contact/do not arrest indicator in their computer.
