The post WW2 approach to international aid has long been known to have been an unmitigated failure. Many state recipients have merely siphoned aid payments into personal accounts. But the greatest failure stems from an absence of economic development strategy and accountability for tangible results. If the money given went into developing infrastructure based on relevant technologies, the entire world could be fed. But TPTB are more interested in proving their underlying genocidal Malthusian philosophy, and so we get the results their fundamental intentions bring about.
