I believe that's called porpoising. Like a porpoise swims. It's a condition where the pilot struggles to control the aircraft due to a problem with the control surfaces.

That's coming out of FT Huachuca anon. Not sure why it's a civilian bird but I wouldn't worry about any of what you typed. Based on what's stationed at FT Huachuca that might shed some light but I doubt it has anything to do with chemtrails

Sorry. I didn't mean that aircraft was based there. I meant based upon everything AT FT Huachuca that would shed light on what it's doing there. It could be a contract aircraft. Looks to me like they're taking some kind of hi-res photos of that area.
