GP didn't go to jail for POTUS. He went to jail because they had his nuts in a vice.
He claimed he met Downer at a certain time in relation to when he (GP) was "on the Trump campaign."
Since he was never REALLY on the Trump campaign (never got paid and they never took any of his advice), how do you defend it? Easier to take the 10 days in jail.
