There is a reason, why Q explicitly posted that "C comes before D".
Because Anons then already wanted DECLAS to happen.
And this was the reason, why Q told us that Comey will testify first and only after that "D" would happen.
Maybe he won't "testify".
Idk.
But google Comey + testify and you'll find many results for 2018.
C is Comey and Comey comes before D/ Declas.
We will watch Comey before we get to watch Declas.
