I'm not at all sure about the credibility of this (notabled) report as reflected by the sources willing to discuss it:

Researched the sauce on this "plan." Aside from Zerohedge, it's not very good. ZERO MSM sources, the rest are all bloggers and other casual sources. Also, report is not new; many articles are several months old.

On point, anon. Among other things we now run a 24/7 news aggregation service. Q has said 17 times (!) since Feb that "you are the news" (or once, "we are the news"). That means we are responsible for really checking out reports to the extent we are able (and discuss issues thoughtfully) given the limitations of an anonymous operation with a zero budget!
