the Middle East has a religious war problem between the Sunni's and the Shi'ites and past presidents have thrust America into the middle of it… now Trump is using Israel and Saudi Arabia as proxies to do the fighting which keeps America out of ruinous wars there, so no more Americans die there… the cost is a minuscule few billions compared to the 6 trillion spent on the Iraq war… this has the added benefit of reducing the population of all Muslims of both persuasions
another added benefit is Trump gets the Jewish vote out of the hands of the Democrats to win in 2020
