Morsefag here.

I do not believe the clicking at 3:10 is morse code. It's stays with the rhythm of the "music". If it is morse-like, it's over 40 WPM which is a bit faster than I can copy. But I don't think so because I heard some series of dots with more dots in a row than what's found in the Morse alphabet. In Morse code the most dots you'll hear in a row is five which is the numeral 5.

Also did not hear any clear spacing between letters/words. It's NOT MORSE CODE.

When you slow it down (I tried that x.50) they double the clicks. It's a digital slowdown that creates new audio artifacts instead of lengthening the ones that are there. Doesn't work.

Why does anyone care what's in a stupid ( and I do mean STUPID) music video? What's the relevance? I don't want to put that shit into my brain storehouse.
