Putting it all together of what needs to happen before declas which will happen at the end of the month, I would not be surprised if some high profile arrests happen before declas. I'd say they should happen AFTER declas however they might be arrested earlier for their own safety sake plus so they don't get crazy ideas like running. Good guys while may despise these people, will do the 'right' thing regardless. Also they need their fun also and fun they shall have.
