What about the wave of gun crimes we have had in Northern California in the last week?

We had the shootings at the Veterans home in Napa on Friday. The Monday before a San Francisco fireman who lives in Santa Rosa was arrested with an arsenal of guns and plans to shoot up the SMART train, which is very controversial and has already killed one woman. Today we had three home invasions in Petaluma and Novato, CA is on lockdown while the cops are on a manhunt for five of the nine perps who bailed from a van during a chase. They were looking for large stashes of weed and are part of a New York Crime ring. But, the big grow farms are up in the Emerald triangle. Petaluma is famous for producing eggs and chidkens, not weed.

I need to buy a good Magnesium/Calcium/Zinc supplement. I live near a big health food store so I have a multitude of choices. Which one would you recommend as the best. I have muscle spasms and I think the Magnesium would help. I tried a sample of the liquid "Calm" yesterday and it had no bad effects.
