That's not an encryption key.
That string o hex digits existed in 2009 as the title of this YT video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixYCK3zGP1U
To be an encryption key, it would mean that JA was recycling someone else's. He would never do that. So it's much more likely a SHA-256 file hash.
This file, whatever it is, must have been in existence in 2009 in order for this YT user to use it as a video title. So:
-
JA is not the only person who has it.
-
JA is someone who was, at the time, mainly concerned with defending himself from very powerful people who want him dead.
What sort of file would be useful to hold up as a defense?I speculate that:
-
there exists an extremely damaging bit of digital evidence that Someone doesn't want getting out,
-
which that Someone has people watching for,
-
which JA and Mystery YT User both possess,
-
they both know that Someone is nervous about it,
-
and that they were both effectively threatening to make public if anything unfortunate were to happen to them.
I don't have the foggiest idea who Someone is or what the file might be. But the references to airplanes in both instances offers a clue.
