Major Mueller Report Omissions Suggest Incompetence Or A Coverup

Robert Mueller's 448-page "Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election" contains at least two major omissions which suggest that the special counsel and his entire team of world-class Democrat attorneys are either utterly incompetent, or purposefully concealing major crimes committed against the Trump campaign and the American people.

First, according to The Federalist's Margot Cleveland (a former law clerk of nearly 25 years and instructor at the college of business at the University of Notre Dame) - the Mueller report fails to consider whether the dossier authored by former MI6 spy Christopher Steele was Russian disinformation, and Steele was not charged with lying to the FBI.

The Steele dossier, which consisted of a series of memorandum authored by the former MI6 spy, detailed intel purportedly provided by a variety of Vladimir Putin-connected sources. For instance, Steele identified Source A as “a senior Russian Foreign Ministry figure” who “confided that the Kremlin had been feeding Trump and his team valuable intelligence on his opponents, including Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.”

Other supposed sources identified in the dossier included: Source B, identified as “a former top-level Russian intelligence officer still active inside the Kremlin”; Source C, a “Senior Russian Financial Officer”; and Source G, “a Senior Kremlin Official.” -The Federalist

Russia’s Khmeimim airbase shelled by DOZENS of rockets, attack repelled – MOD

Syrian militants fired 36 rockets at Russia’s Khmeimim airbase in two attacks on Monday, but both were repelled by the air defenses with no damage dealt, the Russian military said, adding that jets launched strikes in response.

The shelling came from the Idlib de-escalation zone, controlled by the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group (formerly known as Al-Nusra Front), the head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria, Maj. Gen. Viktor Kupchishin, said.

The militants used a drone to direct the fire from multiple launch rocket systems, but the attacks were repelled by Khmeimim’s air defense systems.

Russian warplanes and Syrian artillery then flattened the positions from which the rockets were launched, Kupchishin added.

The shelling of the Russian base occurred on the same day as the Syrian forces carried out their largest offensive so far this year against the last major militant stronghold in the country. The operation saw the village of al-Bani and the nearby strategic Othman hill in north-western Hama Province retaken by Damascus.

Khmeimim has been a frequent target of attempted attacks by terrorist groups, who used rockets and explosive-laden drones to target the base. None of the attacks have been successful, but the Russian military have sounded alarms over the jihadists being in possession of advanced technology, saying they may use them against less-protected targets in Syria and elsewhere.

Man Gets NO JAIL for Kidnapping Child, Holding Her in a Dog Cage, Raping and Torturing Her

Atlanta, GA — In the country with the world’s largest prison population, who sentences non-violent offenders to life in prison for a plant, one would think that kidnapping and child rape charges would likely land a person in prison for a very long time. However, one would be wrong.

Michael Wysolovski, 33, admitted to luring a 15-year-old girl to his home in 2016 where he engaged in abusive sexual torture for over a year. He kept his victim in a dog cage and let her out only to rape her. These horrific acts carried out on an innocent child, however, will go unpunished and Wysolovski will not be going to jail.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution:

Wysolovski was arrested in June 2017 after FBI agents and Gwinnett County police found a 17-year-old North Carolina girl who had been missing for more than a year in his Duluth home. She was malnourished, had ringworm and suffered from back problems because she had been repeatedly been held in a dog cage, her father said in a victim impact statement Thursday.

Wysolovski had been previously indicted on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy, cruelty to children, false imprisonment and interstate interference with custody.

Local lawmen say drug cartels have a 'green light' in New Mexico county since feds abandoned border checkpoints

Cartels are capitalizing on border chaos

Local law enforcement officials are taking matters into their own hands against the drugs pouring into New Mexico after the federal government closed two border security checkpoints in the Alamogordo-area.

Otero County Sheriff David Black told the New York Post that he has deployed 44 lawmen to try to cover more than 6,600 square miles of land since the border crisis has helped strengthen the drug cartels.

"It's a green light for the cartels when border checkpoints are down," Black, 56, told the NY Post. "I've had to redeploy my guys."

His deputies seized $60,000 worth of illicit drugs in April, up significantly from the $3,500 seized in January when agents were still working at the checkpoints. And, since October, CBP agents have found nearly a half ton of methamphetamine and at least seven tons of marijuana in the area, according to officials.

The closed border inspection points at U.S. Routes 54 and 70 served as extra layers of defense against the drug smugglers and illegal immigrants crossing near the El Paso border, which sits about 90 miles south of Otero County.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents were sent to El Paso to help with the influx of about 800 migrants a day.

What do DEA officials say?

U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration officials also said that the abandoned checkpoints and continued chaos at the U.S.-Mexico border has helped the drug cartels to move their illegal drugs into the country.

"Are cartels capitalizing on the confusion at the border? Yes, they are!" DEA special agent Kyle Williamson told the NY Post. "They are using it as a cover to move drugs, which are coming through legal ports of entry. If your drugs are coming through legal ports of entry, you need lines of defense."

"We've lost our second line of enforcement," the 52-year-old Williamson added.

Williamson, who heads the DEA El Paso Division, said his team monitors nearly 800 miles along the U.S.-Mexico border and 11 international ports of entry.

The majority of the drugs are trafficked by the Barrio Aztecas, an enforcement arm of the Juarez Cartel, he told the newspaper.

"They are an incredibly violent gang," Williamson said.

His agents recently seized 44 pounds of fentanyl, which he said is "enough to wipe out all of New Mexico, Texas and the entire state of Chihuahua."

'We have got to secure our border, period'

Last month, the small border community declared a state of emergency and on Thursday, the Otero County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution that county resources would not be used to help migrants, the Albuquerque Journal reported.

Couy Griffin, chairman of Otero County's Board of Commissioners, who proposed the move to declare a state of emergency in the county, said the situation is dire.

"We have got to secure our border, period," he told the NY Post.

What else?

New Mexico's Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham recently withdrew 118 National Guard troops from the southern border in a move against President Donald Trump's policies, which she described as a "charade of fear mongering."

Black and Griffin strongly opposed the move and want the governor to redeploy troops to the border.

"Unfortunately, we have a governor who is so interested in politics that she has lost touch with the people of this county," Griffin told the newspaper. "We have a governor who continues to claim that there is no crisis at the border."

Black warned that crime rates across the country will increase if something isn't done soon to secure the border.

"We give it six months for the crime statistics to start rising here," he said. "And believe me, all of this is coming to a town near you, all over the country."

Sweden: Experimental “writing therapy” used for decades to rehabilitate pedophiles led to increased risk of relapse

A Swedish rehabilitation program for convicted pedophiles and other sex offenders that has been used for decades has been criticised for giving the opposite effect to that intended.

Prisoners who have undergone the so-called Ros program (“Ros” stands for “relationship and coexistence”), are at increased risk for a relapse into criminal behaviour when they are released.

The term “prison correctional services” which is used throughout Sweden when locking up criminals, signals that it is more about care and rehabilitation than punishment.

The approach is controversial but defended by the fact that the convict is to be rehabilitated into society, and be readapted and better equipped for a law-abiding life than when he was locked up.

The program which has been developed for sex offenders and especially those with a pedophile orientation who have committed child abuse, is voluntary and not all sex offenders choose to participate in it.

Now, however, the alarm has been raised that the therapy offered to the prisoners does not reduce the risk of relapse into crime but, on the contrary, increases it.

Among other things, exercises aimed at trying to create empathy for the victim have been shown to increase the risk of relapse among convicted sex offenders. One such exercise is that the criminal is asked to write fake letters to their rape victim.

The focus of the program will henceforth be on teaching the prisoners to control their sex drive and, in existing cases, sexual inclination towards children. In this way, it is believed that in the future it will be safer to release these people into society than it has been up to now.

PM pushes back on Gaza ceasefire criticism, says ‘rules of game’ have changed

Netanyahu boasts that Israel has resumed assassinations, killed ‘dozens’ of Hamas, Islamic Jihad terrorists during bout of fighting

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday said Israel had reinstated its controversial policy of targeted killings and warned that the “rules of the game” vis-a-vis the Gaza Strip have changed.

The prime minister was briefed by army officials in southern Israel and visited wounded soldiers at a Beersheba hospital on Monday, hours after a ceasefire between Israel and Palestinian terror groups went into effect, ending two days of intense fighting that saw more than 600 rockets fired at Israel and four Israeli civilians killed.

In response to the onslaught, the Israeli military conducted over 300 strikes from the air and land, including a rare assassination of a terrorist operative, who the IDF said funneled money from Iran to terror groups in the Strip.

“In the past two days, we’ve renewed the policy of assassinating senior terrorists, we’ve killed dozens of Hamas and [Palestinian] Islamic Jihad terrorists and we toppled terror towers,”said Netanyahu, who is also defense minister.

Norway to Revoke Residency Permits of Those Affiliated with Islamic State

Norwegian Minister of Justice Jøran Kallmyr has announced that the country will be revoking all residency permits granted to individuals who left Norway to go and fight or join the Islamic State in the Middle East.

The minister gave the order to the Directorate of Immigration (UDI) to withdraw the permits saying that only those with Norwegian citizenship would be allowed to step foot in the country, Norwegian tabloid Verdens Gang reports.

Kallmyr added that although Norwegian citizens would be allowed to return, it did not mean they would be exempt from the consequences of having joined the terror group.

“Norwegian citizens who have joined the Islamic State, either as warriors or with other affiliations, will be prosecuted if they return. If they have children. they will be handled by the child welfare service. This applies to those who return to Norway on their own,” Kallmyr said.

When asked about the exact number of Islamic State members who would be affected by the new policy, Kallmyr said that several would be, but the exact numbers were uncertain. “There are many that we assume are dead, but we do not know for sure. There is a lack of information,” he said.

Children of Islamic State members will be allowed to return if they qualify for Norwegian citizenship with the government looking to bring back those who have been orphaned in the conflict as well as other children if their mothers are willing to give them up.

The policy is in high contrast to neighbouring Sweden where politicians have advocated bringing back Islamic State fighters and attempting to reintegrate them into society.

Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven ruled out in March the notion of stripping the citizenship of dual nationals who had joined the terror group, saying some could face potential prosecution if they returned.

Forty-one Swedish municipalities are expected to be forced to take back returning fighters with the Centre for Violent Extremism (CVE) holding an educational event for municipal leaders last month to help them deal with the return of the extremists and their families.

Denmark, meanwhile, passed a law in March that would not allow the children of Islamic State fighters born overseas to claim citizenship at all.
