Bannon made an interesting statement in this video at 2:26. The factories went to China, the jobs went to China and the opioids came in.

Now think about that for a minute. What this suggests to me is that big high tech companies wanted to move their factories to China because

  1. Probably tax breaks

  2. Cheaper labor

  3. Lax environmental scrutiny or laws

So if you were these mega globalist corps and needed to work a deal with China in order to get them to agree to letting you build things in their country, they are going to want something in return. Gee, if you were a premier opioid producer/dealer, easy access into a market as large as the US would be a nice feather in your cap as well as a nice financial boost.

Now a little history. Britain has a long history in China and it seems to me considering the way the Chinese seem to do business, (ever watch the series called "Noble House?," "old friends," do business over generations. Who started the whole opioid thing in the first place? The British. So I suspect that certain elements in Britain have some skin in this hypothetical deal that probably took place in the not too distant past.

So in conclusion, high tech moguls move production to more profitable locations and in return allow the Chinese produced opioids access to the American market either legit or black.
