He did mention the 56 FBI Field office visit in the first few seconds of his opening statement today. There's more as well.

If you listen carefully to his answer re "spying", he says the key is to make sure it was properly predicated - he didn't use the same exact words of Barr, but he was pointing to it!!

My feeling is that he's trying to make it look like he's a black hat when in reality he's a white hat!

He has.

He's gotten rid of the top tier of black hats.

But he has to be careful because he's posing as a black hat himself.
