University of Georgia TA Who Said ‘White People Might Have to Die’ Faces Expulsion

'''The University of Georgia may expel a teaching assistant and graduate student who went viral last January after saying that “some white people might have to die” in order to achieve racial justice, among other racially charged statements, for allegedly omitting his arrest record from his admissions application.

A teaching assistant at the University of Georgia (UGA), Irami Osei-Frimpong — who is also a graduate student — is facing expulsion over allegations that he had purposefully omitted a 2011 trespassing arrest from his admissions application, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.'''

The graduate student believes that the allegations over his admissions application are actually a veiled attempt to remove him from the university for his racially charged statements that were exposed to the public last January, adds the report.

Osei-Frimpong fell under scrutiny after a video surfaced of a UGA student confronting the teaching assistant over his anti-white social media posts. Osei-Frimpong, who also suggested that violence should not be ruled out in the pursuit of racial justice, reacted to the backlash he received by doubling down on his statements regarding race and violence.

UGA had initially responded to the controversy with a statement saying that the school “condemns the advocacy or suggestion of violence in any form,” adding that “racism has no place” on campus, and that the school has been “vigorously exploring all legal options.”

In April, Osei-Frimpong defended himself at a packed hearing against allegations that he had violated the student code of conduct, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, adding that the graduate student had waived his federal privacy rights, which allowed for public access to the hearing.

The report had also noted that Osei-Frimpong was accused of omitting information on his UGA graduate school application by neglecting to disclose that he had previously studied at the University of Chicago and that he had been previously arrested. https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2019/05/07/university-of-georgia-ta-who-said-white-people-might-have-to-die-faces-expulsion/

Harmeet Dhillon: If Big Tech Has Its Way ‘We Will Lose Every Election Going Forward’

In an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight, lawyer Harmeet Dhillon warned that conservatives need to take note of the threat of the Silicon Valley Masters of the Universe or “we will lose every election going forward.”

In an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight, host Tucker Carlson discussed how conservatives have been repeatedly targeted by big tech firms noting that even the Claremont Institute was recently denied the right to advertise on Google over a study published by the institute that Google deemed to be “racist.” Google has since apologized for this, claiming that denying the institute was a mistake.

Carlson then introduced Dhillon as one of the most “famous attorney in American on the question of Big Tech and its threat to our liberties.” Carlson asked Harmeet about the situation with the Claremont Institute and Google’s claims that not allowing them to use their platform was a mistake, asking “how many times have we heard this from some big tech company or another when caught silencing conservatives?” Dhillon replied: “Well we hear it every other day and Tucker, I am not delusional and people are actually discriminating against conservatives every other day in this way and they’re gaslighting us by saying ‘oh it was just a mistake, you imagined that.'”

Carlson then noted that social media has become the primary forum for political discussion in recent years, adding that “if you control the terms then you control the election don’t you?” to which Dhillon replied: “You will, and Republicans are ignoring this at their peril and I keep saying this, I feel like Cassandra [Owens], I keep saying this, we are going to lose every election going forward if we don’t put a stop to this bias. Either conservatives who are being paid off by Big Tech or are simply ill-informed either say ‘oh well this is just competition, this is just the market if you don’t like Twitter or Facebook go make your own.’ These are all statements made by people who have never started their own companies and who are paid by thinktanks, they don’t know what it means to start a business so that’s ludicrous.”

MICHAEL BLOOMBERG IS PAYING A CLIMATE PROSECUTOR $125,000 TO WORK ‘PRO BONO’ FOR MARYLAND’S AG

A climate prosecutor employed by Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh on a “pro bono” basis is taking a $125,000 salary from a group backed by billionaire Michael Bloomberg, according to the nonprofit law firm Government Accountability & Oversight (GAO).

The State Energy and Environmental Impact Center is a New York University (NYU) School of Law program that places professional lawyers with years of experience into the offices of blue state attorneys general. The center is funded by Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York City and a climate change activist.

Bloomberg’s NYU charity project completely covers the salary of its fellows and, in return, the attorneys work out of the AG OFFICES TO PUSH CLIMATE LITIGATION that Bloomberg is interested in.

Frosh applied Maryland for the center’s fellowship program and set the salary of the “Pro Bono [sic] Special Counsel” prosecutor hired through the State Energy and Environmental Impact Center. Frosh classifying the attorney as pro bono is “problematic” and may put the AG’s office in legal trouble of its own, according to GAO.

Under Maryland law, “‘pro bono,’ of course, means that not only does the client not need to pay, but also the attorney represents the client without compensation,” Maryland’s state court of appeals said in the 2015 ruling in State vs. Westray, pointed out by GAO.

Frosh’s office did not respond to a request for comment.

Lying fucking corrupt whore!

Speaker Pelosi: "We have 6 committees who at this present time have subpoenas or plans for subpoenas to get information from the executive branch. It shouldn't have to be this way. This isn't about Democrats or Republicans. It's about patriotism. It's not about politics."
