So it looks like Mrs. Madison thinks there's something important in this portrait. Let's do a decode:
George Washington -Facing left from viewer's point of view. Black coat thing, white underneath. Strange expression.
Right hand outstretched -'Come and see?' Lower two fingers are very thin and curved upward.
Sword in left hand -Facing downwards at ~30 degree angle up from ground. Or maybe its 33 degrees? ^_^ Pointing to right boot.
Index finger on left hand is pointing straight down at the sword.
Black boots, gold buckles -Buckles are square, looks like there's some kind of pattern to them. Possibly the Star of David on top, Freemason symbol on bottom.
Red patterned carpet -There's one particular 'part' near Washington's right boot which looks like a crown. Black in color. Connected to sword pattern? Boots could be referring to Bicephalic Black dragon / two branches of the Merovingian family?
Underneath the crown part is a red circle with a dot in the middle. The circle pattern forms part of a cone which has its tip at a nearby black pattern on the ground.
On the left of the portrait there's a gold pillar which holds up a table -The pillar is engraved like a column and is wrapped in some kind of ribbon or tie.
On the top of this pillar, holding up the table, are two eagle/dragon looking birds. Each is holding up a group of arrows. I've heard these refer to the 'magnetic alignment' of atoms. But the arrows also could refer to a group of people held together by the two dragon eagle bird things. Possibly phoenixes. Arrows could be like family members, and if you drop the arrows you'll land on a specific member of the family or something.
On top of the birds there are two flower symbols.
Covering the table is a red cloth. The cloth is parted by the pillar.
On top of the table is a scroll of parchment, an ink quill and an ink-holder thing. Inkwell / Inkpot. There are two books behind that. I can't make out their names. Perhaps they are histories of two families or something. Each book has a different colored square on it. One is red, the other is black. Red shoes / Black eye clans? Behind the two books is something that resembles a hat. To me it looks more like a black dragon…
Beneath the table are two large books. Once again, one has a red square and the other has a black square. The black-squared book is titled something like "Constitution and laws of the United States." I can't make out the title of the red-squared book. It has two words. I think the first one is "America/American?" The Red-squared book also has some gold engraving / light blooms on it.
Behind Washington is a throne -At the top of the throne there is an oval with a vertically-faced flag. The stars are arranged in a pyramid pattern. It has 15 stars. Five on bottom and decreasing by 1 as we ascend to the top. There is something wrapped around the top of the oval.
The seat and back of the throne are covered in a red material. One of the legs of the chair is visible. It has another sun / flower symbol in the corner. There is something going alone the throne horizontally in the shadow of Washington. It also looks like there's something painted into the back of the throne. Same thing on seat of chair. Hard to make out.
Back to the sword for a second: Gold hand-guard with 'silver' handle. One of those little gold hanging things on the end, like the ones on the Admiralty flag. I know it's a sword so yes that makes sense.
Behind Washington is a large stone. Very large, as in monolithic. Heliopolis like.
On top of the monolithic stone are pillars. These pillars are also draped in a red cloth and those gold string things.
Behind the pillars and the cloth are two different patches of sky. One is blue with grey clouds, one is black with grey 'clouds?' Looks more like the moon or something. Day and night.
Don't get confused by this. I'm not saying that I'm a Jedi master. If anything, I'm the most Anakin Skywalker / Luke Skywalker-similar person here. They both whine a lot, although I'm more like Anakin in that I'm also very arrogant. Luckily Thomas Anon is willing to play the role of Obi Wan and guide us through the Merovingian trail while also putting up with our whining. Now I'm going back to Flotus tweets.

Thank you. I'd type more but I've spent this whole time pondering what you've said and now it's time to go. Strange question, do you happen to have a constant need to vent off light like a star or something? Not physical, more like 'imagination' kind of thing. Seems like a magical or 'spiritual' related experience. In addition, do you send out a 'spiritual EMP' at varying intervals? What I'm describing is basically like a strange trick to fill an area with light (in your imagination). I have no idea what I'm talking about here but both continuously occur / I unconsciously 'perform' them. I've of course done a lot of magic without spells
I don't know if I have anything to add for you here, but I have a """feeling""" someone is donning their armor. They also have an army at their back. More like navy perhaps? And they're coming. I'm still not sure whether it's the 'light-bringers' or the 'shadow-lurkers.' You'd think it would be easy to tell. I also have no time frame or anything so this probably isn't really useful at all. In addition everything is made of 'light' so you can't really see anything. I'm clueless about how that works. If I was to guess, I'd say it's something like you need your stuff to survive outside space and time so you build it out of 'light' i.e., the same energy that we've identified as starting the 'big bang?' Just speculation though, could be totally wrong. The whole light thing is also probably a part of why those biblical prophecies are so confusing, for example in Revelations we have the 'elders' wearing robes of light.
Ok, I'm finished with the 'weird' stuff now. Just disregard if it's too strange and/or baseless. Probably something you need to experience yourself before you actually know it's 100% real. Remember that there's no rule saying anything spiritual has to conform to cabal inspired systems of thinking. All we know is that the cabal serves the Fallen One, and it seems they believe he's real, which means we should consider the possibility that everything which comes with the Fallen One is also real, although maybe in different forms than our indoctrinated minds are made to think.

Quick update, I've been working on a new version of the map. It uses the same tech as the one on Q map. The connections are drawn automatically so we can do thousands of connections without a problem. I'm thinking we can add the data from the secret societies map as well as the corporations maps, and everything we get from the Bridges and Maps thread. (Not finished yet.) We can also move around all of the connection to focus on one particular area, for example if we wanted connection to New York we could drag the New York node to the center.
I don't think we're anywhere near done with St. Louis, but expanding out to other cities is good so that we can look for patterns. Several things still left to dig, for example I mentioned those radio towers because there's an area where 3 of them are concentrated together next to a large building and parking lot. I also found another Pi Pizzeria in that area with the Moonrise Hotel (Delmar Loop). We also had some anons mentioned to dig in the suburbs, for example Webster Groves. We've already found Webster University with the Backflip statue.
In addition, take one look at the St. Louis Art Museum's catalog and you'll find some things. That's a massive dig, there are thousands of items — some still in use today?

I saw the temple. I compared it with the specifications on the map. The only other place I know of with those exact specifications is the fake one in the City of London. In addition, it's exactly where it should be ^_^. Therefore, I also know the exact location of Solomon's Temple. I suppose you can add me to the group of "people who know where Solomon's Temple is.". If you want some kind of proof let me know, but I doubt that's the point of all this.

As for Louis XVII being Payseur: yes I think we've almost proven that to be true, especially with the payments made for passage.

I think we should stop considering each city in isolation. I've taken a glance at the cities surrounding St. Louis; they all bear signs of involvement. It seems they've spread out the puzzle. Cities include: St. Louis, Nashville, Louisville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Little Rock, Memphis, etc. I know we already know this, but good to keep in mind.
I've decided to start my study of Dan Brown's stuff with the Lost Symbol. I know the Davinci Code is more popular, but the Lost Symbol takes place in Washington DC and might be able to help us solve this puzzle; That's what I thought yesterday. Here's some of the stuff I've found so far:

There's also mention of the Master and Apprentice pillars at Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland, which 'represent Boaz and Jachin.' Rosslyn Chapel was featured in the Da Vinci Code; this, combined with the hidden Fleur de Lis bloodline featured in the Davinci code, suggests that Dan Brown is working on the same puzzle we're working on. And those tattoos really prove it (Phoenix, Capstone, Archway, Boaz and Jachin pillars…) Will probably also help us in decoding Flotus's message.

I'm gonna guess we're talking about the Lincoln Memorial here since it's right in the vicinity of our whole adventure. I'm wondering if perhaps Mrs. Abe is representing something in Flotus's film? I got the Mrs. Abe to Lincoln connection but wasn't sure what to think of it until you mentioned the Lincoln carrier.

Enlightenment simply means more enlightened than you previously were, based on the worship of what we call "demons." Everything Lucifer gives is corrupted, 'Bobby-trapped.' Think Twitter, Facebook, etc. Same deal. The way to identify whether something is corrupted or not is to extrapolate its implications all the way to the end of its run. Satan corrupts, every 'gift' he gives is a curse meant to fulfill his end goal.

I'm somewhat New to this whole situation, but it looks like Hillary is needed for spiritual/witchcraft side of things due to her special Payseur blood while Sidney pulls strings behind the scenes → I'm sure Ever-green is pretty smart, but regardless she's going to need top-notch advisors. Seems like the kind of situation where "Diane" (Killary) lets Sidney run around like a good dog until he tries to bite her, then he hits the dirt. For now, that's my take on the whole relationship between the IEUDI & the bloodlines. If Thomas Anon would like to correct me on this, I'd be happy to learn more.

"As an early Generation II reactor based on 1950s Soviet technology, the RBMK design was optimized for speed of production over redundancy. It was designed and constructed with several design characteristics that proved dangerously unstable when operated outside their design specifications. The decision to use a superheated, vacuum-isolated graphite core with natural uranium fuel allowed for massive power generation at only a quarter of the expense of heavy water reactors, which were more maintenance-intensive and required large volumes of expensive heavy water for startup. However, it also had unexpected negative consequences that would not reveal themselves fully until the 1986 Chernobyl disaster. "
"It should be noted that a high void coefficient does not necessarily make a reactor inherently unsafe, as some of the fission neutrons are emitted with a delay of seconds or even minutes (post-fission neutron emission from daughter nuclei), so steps can be taken to reduce the fission rate before it gets too high.
