We use a teflon laboratory magnetic stirrer with our CS rig too. We make ours 20 ppm strength (takes about 3.5 hours per quart), have never had to replace the silver electrodes since we started making our own 19 years or so, take CS orally every day and use it externally for any kind of scrape, scratch, cut, infection, etc. We just do not get sick. (And no neither of us has turned blue.) Our CS unit was developed by an engineer fren who made a small number of units by hand for friends. He is no longer with us so he's not making any more.

We have a nebulizer but hardly ever use it. I have been known to spray CS into my nostrils though, if there's a condition needing it. I agree, breathing nebulized CS does make you feel like you are drowning. But it would certainly be a useful adjunct in case of a bio attack where you'd want to assist as many people as possible.

Not addictive.

We take it orally once a day. We take about 1.5 oz. of 20 ppm CS. If what you have is a different strength you'd adjust the dose accordingly.

A person who's interested has to do their own due diligence to learn the best dosage for their needs. You can listen to your body and figure it out. Taking too little doesn't work. It has to be a sufficient dose.

I give .75 ml per day to the cat too. Dosage calculated from ratio of cat's body weight to person's.

No. Anon is not a medical professional. All I can state is what I do for myself and what the results are. I cannot recommend a course of action for any another person. It is illegal for non-medical-professionals to recommend health treatments for others.

That's right. There is a lot of published research on CS that people can learn from, including some in-vitro studies at the Univ. of Utah, including that CS is used to sanitize water on the space station, and is a water treatment recommended by some governments. But although it's a nutrient mineral that used to be prevalent in our diets, say 1-2 centuries ago, soil depletion has robbed our diet of a nutrient. Some choose to supplement, some don't. That's all I will say about it.

My comments are purely personal testimony, not recommendations.
