Colloidal silver is a decent topical antiseptic. The Ag+ ion reacts complex molecules and wrecks them. It's a blunt instrument like isopropyl alcohol, iodine, hydrogen peroxide, etc. They used to uses it to keep burns from becoming infected before antibiotics.
But internal use is pure quackery, but fairly harmless quackery. As soon as that Ag+ ion hits the complex chemistry of the human body it reacts with the first big molecule it sees and is promptly nullified. The damage is so limited that it really doesn't hurt you.

No one disputes that silver is an effective antiseptic. But there is a world of difference between killing everything in a petri dish and selectively targeting pathogens while leaving human cells alone. Silver is effective at the former but can't do the latter.
Funny thing is that this will probably backfire on them. The previous implied-narrative is that he's hiding Russian mob payout or something. This plants the idea in peoples' minds that he's hiding something merely embarrassing.
Q never mentioned Venezuela except in the long list of central banks. I think the current situation down there more likely a distraction then a part of the plan. It's possible that They are pulling levers to cause a crisis as part of a last-ditch attempt to delay the inevitable.
