In Europe for most countries, the standard tuning is A 443 hz.

A 432 is a push by the Schiller Institute to change the tuning. The Schiller Institute is an offshoot of the Lindon LaRouche movement.

You can only change one or two Hz that way, any more than that and it throws of the relative tuning of the whole instrument.
