>DETAILS:

-Two-state end result, Israel and New Palestine

-Jerusalem will be the shared Capitol City

-Israel will annex all west-bank settlements

-Land deal with Egypt to add enough land for an airport and other facilities to Gaza (now part of New Palestine)

-Implementation will be funded by the US, EU, and Oil-Producing Gulf States, its budget will be $30 Billion, and Israel must cover all settlement-related costs separately. The division of costs is 20% US ($6 Billion), 10% EU ($3 Billion), and 70% Gulf States ($21 Billion).

-New Palestine will be barred from having any form of armed forces. Instead, Israel will be their security guarantor. New Palestine will come to an agreement to pay Israel for these defensive services.

>TIMELINE

-Upon signing, Hamas will totally disarm

-Hamas members will remain on the payroll of the supporting countries until their governmental structure is dissolved into that of New Palestine

-Borders will be relaxed, and nominal trade and traffic will resume

-Within one year, the New Palestine government will hold elections.

-Prisoners will be gradually released to each government over a series of three years

-Within five years, New Palestine's Seaport and Airport should be in operational status; until that time New Palestine will utilize Israeli ports.

-New Palestine and Israel will have a policy of fully open borders between their two territories

-Another project (a bridge?) will be constructed, paid for by China, Japan, South Korea, Canada, the US, and the EU. China will pick up most of the cost.

>On Occupied Jordanian Territory

-The Jordan valley will remain a part of Israel

-A route in the valley will become a four-lane toll road

-Israel will pay for the infrastructure project

-As part of these projects two new crossings will be added between Palestine and Jordan, under New Palestine's control and future maintenance

>LIABILITY

-If Hamas/PLO objects, the US will cancel 100% of financial support and bar any country from performing any money transfers with their governments

-If the PLO agrees but Hamas or PIJ does not agree, the latter groups will be held responsible and in the event of another round of hostilities the US will back Israel and crush them.

-If Israel objects to the agreement, US ECONOMIC SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL WILL CEASE
