What started the decode was thinking of alternate reasons for those numbers in 1st and 10 at the 40. I though maybe mileage, and it turns out there is a (general) 10 mile difference between the Marina Pacifica and the Long Beach Port. I also thought map coordinates, but that wasn't a match. Then I considered road numbers like the 1 (PCH) and 10th avenue, but other than a golf course at that location, that went nowhere. There is also no route # 40 anywhere in the region. Eventually I looked at the Joint Forces Base. Zoomed in and details began to emerge, including the 306th PsyOps unit. Bingo.

The only thing that comes to mind with the LBP image title is the 306th close proximity to the actual LBP. I often wondered why so little attention was paid to the SoCal region, a hot bed of corruption if the number of sealed indictments in this Federal Court district is considered. Perhaps they don't want to be obvious. "Hey look at us! Focusing on issues so near our location here in SoCal!"

Don't take this personally, because I love you, but your method of thought and analysis gives me a headache. Reminds me of the system for coordinating with a roomful of researchers on a given topic. I would request that your kind of thinking be moved not just to the far corner of the room, but in the outbuilding. Sure, you might unearth a thing or two over time, and for that you are to be thanked. We just can't be in the same room ;) There isn't enough advil!
