Could you govern your neighbor TO HIS BENEFIT? Not just some imaginary "good will" … actual results. If not, you're not ready.

Because when SHTF and the dust settles, we're going to need a lot of people (it's a big country) to pick up the pieces and get things running again … the RIGHT way. If you can't run your city on whatever money the previous administration wasn't able to steal, then you're not ready.
