The decode suggestion by me of the April 18th LBP image pointing to the 306th in Los Alamitos near Long Beach was meant as nothing more than "For your musing only." Q's posting of that LBP image, if connected in any way to the 306th, may have been a nod of thanks to them for something only they know about. Could also be a heads up notice for a part they may soon play. As the DOD linked article indicates, the 306th have the technical capability of being able to "patch" into TV broadcast and radio signals to diseminate information. I can see that being a valuable skill for potential upcoming events if these Dem and DS morons continue down the road they seem unable to stop from going. You can bet that DOD article was carefully crafted to disguise the actual capabilities of the 306th and other similar units. As one of many PsyOp units within the larger 7th PsyOp group, the 306th no doubt has their expertise.

A quote from the above link, a June 15, 2017 article, 306th in training: "We’re able to take over certain radio or television sets, either analog or digital, which we can [use to] put out our own message… to a large audience.”
Note the use of the colors black, gray and white in PsyOp patches to suggest the shades of truth, and for degree of overtness.
