Not making a prediction, but have noted that unmasking Q on a live CNN Town Hall, in the belly of the beast, would spectacularly fulfill both (1) and (2).

Define:

If Comey is Q, would he not be writing anonymously on behalf of Q (the named author), with Q aiding in POTUS’ continued public relations and outreach?

He is the keystone figure connecting (i) the DOJ, (ii) the Obama WH, (iii) the intelligence community and (iv) the State Department / Clintons, with a vantage point for credibly documenting, testifying and exposing systemic corruption in all 4 key areas.
