No. It was all flying under the radar and the Chinese were pushing for a quick deal. No one was talking about it until the dust-up on Breitbart radio a week ago. The transcript from the Bfreitbart radio show was published on the Breitbart website the next day after it aired and then it all blew up. Suddenly the US government decided to invesitgate the propossed takeover. It was only today that they requested that the details of the sale be formally presented to the government for review.
If not for Breitbart the Chinese would have taken over the company, and we would all be hearing about it long after it happened.
